Introducing Our New VP Meeting Programs – Ron Widup!

Welcome Aboard!

We are pleased to announce that Ron Widup has volunteered to serve as the next Vice President of Programs for our club. Ron has been a dedicated member for 25 years and previously served as our club president, bringing a wealth of leadership and industry experience to the role. Ron has spent over 41 years with Shermco Industries, including 36 years as CEO. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and Senior Advisor for Technical Services. Widely recognized as an expert in electrical power systems, Ron’s technical knowledge spans electric motor and generator repair, switchgear, substations, protective relays, and more. He is also deeply versed in key industry standards, including NERC, NETA, EASA, and PEARL.
