Meet Club Presideny, Mark J. Vajdos, P.E., (Monticello Power)
Mark Vajdos brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Electric Club as our Board President. As the owner of Monticello Power Consultants, Mark has built a distinguished career in the energy sector, providing expert guidance and strategic solutions to the industry. Holding a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, he combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to innovation and professional development. Under his leadership, the club continues to foster connections, advance industry knowledge, and support the growth of energy professionals.

Meet Club VP Programs Ron Widup - (Vector Power)
Ron Widup has been a dedicated member of our club for 25 years, including serving as president. He brings over 41 years of experience in the electrical industry. He is currently Chief Technical Marketing Officer for Vector Power. For 36 years, he worked for Shermco Industries and served as CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board and Senior Advisor for Technical Services. Ron is a recognized expert in electrical power systems, safety, testing, and maintenance, with deep knowledge in areas such as electric motor and generator repair, switchgear, substations, protective relays, and industry standards including NERC, NETA, EASA, and PEARL. His leadership and expertise will be a valuable asset to our board.
Meet Club VP Membership, David P. Ringhausen, P.E.
David is a respected leader in the power industry, bringing over 40 years of experience to the Dallas Electric Club. A dedicated member since 1992, he has served in multiple roles within the club, contributing to its growth and success. Throughout his career, he worked for three major utilities, Union Electric, Texas Utlities, and Central and Southwest, In addition, he worked for the Electric Power Research Institute, and General Electric (GE), where he spent 25 years before recently retiring. As a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), David’s expertise and industry insights continue to be a valuable asset to our club and its members.

Meet Club Social Media Mgr-Seth Grenwelge - (Rochester Sensors)
Seth Grenwelge is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the power industry. He began his career at GE Heavy Repairs, where he gained hands-on expertise and worked his way up to lead GE’s Non-OEM Parts business. Today, Seth serves as the Product Manager at Rochester Sensors, leveraging his industry knowledge and leadership to drive growth and innovation.

William Hildeson is a dedicated industry professional and past president of the Dallas Electric Club. With over 15 years of experience at American Electric Power (AEP), William has built a strong foundation in the power sector. Today, he now serves the State of Texas in the Air Permits Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), where he contributes his expertise to environmental and regulatory initiatives. His leadership and commitment to the industry continue to make a lasting impact on the club and its mission.

Donal Sweeney is a seasoned professional in the power industry with over 30 years of experience. A past president of the Dallas Electric Club, Donal has played a key role in supporting the club’s mission and fostering industry connections. He currently works for Datacom Power, where he continues to contribute his expertise to the field. His leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact on both the club and the broader energy community.

Meet Ernest Torres (Halff Engineering)
Ernest Torres is a accomplished Engineering Business Development Manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He plays a vital role at Halff Engineering, a firm that proudly serves as a major sponsor of the Dallas Electric Club. Ernest’s expertise in business development, coupled with his deep industry knowledge, helps drive innovation and growth within the engineering sector. - Meet Lake Lund (Commonwealth Associates Engineering)
- Lake Lund expertise is in Conservation and Natural Resources Management. He began his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as an environmental specialist. He later transitioned into the utility engineering sector. Today, Lake represents Commonwealth Associates, who is a major sponsor of the DEC. Lake's Team help supports utilities with transmission, distribution, substation, protection and controls, and generation engineering solutions. His focus is on grid resiliency, system reliability, and long-term infrastructure planning to meet evolving load and regulatory demands.

Toni Naugle is Program Manager with Oncor Electric Delivery supporing Transmission Operations Services. With more than 15 years in the electric utility industry, she leads the execution of training programs that prepare personnel to safely operate and maintain critical transmission infrastructure, with a focus on compliance, workforce readiness, and grid reliability. A longtime supporter of the club, Toni has served as a meeting greeter and assisted with treasurer duties.

Megan Smith has over 18 years of experience in electrical engineering, energy systems, and power infrastructure, with a strong track record in both private- and public-sector projects. She has led cross-market teams delivering complex initiatives involving renewable energy, EV charging infrastructure, and commercial electrical services. Her work has also included oil and gas facility design, CHP design for district energy systems, large-scale electrical distribution projects, substations, microgrids, and battery energy storage sites. As Vice President of Power at Pape-Dawson, Megan focuses on expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities in the evolving energy and power sector, and helping shape the firm's long-term strategy for power infrastructure services. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2007 and is a licensed P.E. in Texas and Colorado. She lives in Mansfield, TX, with her husband and three children.

Dharma Dharmarajan, retired Enviromental Engineering Director from Central and Southwest Electric Utilities, CSW. With a distinguished career leading CSW's enviromental programs, Dharma brings deep experites in regulaotory compliance, sustainable operattions, and environmental stewardship across the electric power sector. He is widely respected for his technical insight, practical leadership, and abliltiy to translate complex environmental requirements inot effective operational strategies. In retirement, he continues to share his knowledge and support the industry through mentoring and professional engagement, making him an excellent addition to the DEC board.
