On October 24, 2025, Jacob R. Smith, Corporate Strategies, Oncor Electric Delivery will be presenting information relative to Oncor's forcast from both population growth and load growth.

Jake's presentation will cover various topics including :

*Historical driver which was population growth in Texas as a baseline

* Shift to load growth electricity demand from Large Commercial and Industria customers due to large loads such as ; Data Centers, AI Campuses, Semiconductor Facilities and EV Manufacturers

*Oncor Service Territory where the demand is concentrated : DFW, Permian Basin, I-35 Corridor

LC&I demand curve based on size, speed and scale of interconnection requests.

Transmission backdone enhancements including the build-out a new 765KV voltage in ERCOT
