Jake's presentation will cover various topics including :

* Historical driver which was population growth in Texas as a baseline

* Shift to load growth electricity demand from Large Commercial and Industrial customers due to large loads such as ; Data Centers, AI Campuses, Semiconductor Facilities and EV Manufacturers

* Oncor Service Territory where the demand is concentrated : DFW, Permian Basin, I-35 Corridor                                                

* LC&I demand curve based on size, speed and scale of interconnection requests.

* Transmission backdone enhancements including the build-out of a new 765KV voltage system in ERCOT
